Beh Syok !

Today beh syok wif my travel agent !! I'd confirmed wif her to cancel my British Airways ticket on 28 December 2009..To cancel the ticket..I'd called her for 5 times coz she was like kept 拖-ing me~Nvm lor~Mum's fren ma~Dont 计较酱多...Then she told me I will get back the refund within 1 month~Then I never call her edi coz everytime she is like losing her patience to talk to me~Then better don waste my credit..

Then now omoz April liao and my mum said she still hvnt receive any cheque so far~Even though I owez remind my mum to call and ask her..but my mum kept forgetting bout it..=.=..So yesterday I'd emailed to her company's email address that I'd found thru google search coz I dont hv her personal email and asked what is the problem causing such a long delay on getting back my refund..And I'd stated tat I'm getting unsatisfied with the services provided by them..

Then today my agent had replied me and bla bla bla...And she wrote
'Y u so rude' in her laz sentence !! I was like 'WTH !!'...
COMPLAIN=RUDE ??? Customers dont hv right to complain 1 ar if ur services are not good ??! Plus if I cant get back the refund within 1 month juz like wat u'd told me before dis..u shud drop me an email and inform me bout it, shudnt u ??! 3 months can let u send thousands of emails edi ! Send me 1 email oso tat hard o ?? Damn o !!

Even though u r my mum's fren..but I give face oso hv limit 1 lor~Plus ur services from the beginning oso not tat good edi...Geram o !! Now I juz sked she will bising wif my mum bout dis issue..=.=...Coz quite hard oso as my mum will be the middle person between us..

Hope she will 公私分明 la coz my identity now is a CUSTOMER and not FREN'S DAUGHTER !!
